Doubling up! I hope you all had great Fridays!
This is a harder hitting version of the original, I think even more aggressive than the Crush 40 version! I really like the chorus of this one a little more—it gives it a little more variety and melodic content. The guitar solo really rips through as well! The rap is a little scattered throughout the track, switching up the sections, but it’s nice for the pace. There’s a little effect on the vocal, especially on the chorus, but I think it’s for the better on this mix. The violins are absent on this mix, replaced with more distorted guitars, but they really aren’t missed here. It’s a strong mix and I really enjoy it!
